I am a regular customer since the TJ Maxx store opened in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The store has always been top notch. However, a few days ago I went into the store and was in complete shock. The store has changed and not for the best. Very low selection of merchandise, poor quality, no organization of merchandise and what they have is complete garbage! Not sure what the problem could be, perhaps the management. It's hard to believe they could let this happen. Not a pleasant store to shop anymore. Maybe the higher ups should have a look for themselves. I would say they are now in competition with the store next door. That particular store has always been garbage. I'm sure I will not be the only Cheyenne shopper that TJ Maxx will lose. Thanks for your time.

I shopped at the Cartersville Ga store and the cashier, Shawnteria was one of the most professional and kind cashiers I’ve ever encountered.

Extra help from customer service. Store clean and organized.

I frequently shop at a variety of TJ Maxx and the store in Wake Forest is always clean with a great selection of hair, makeup, clothes and home furnishing items. I enjoy this store as I find it has great sales. It is convenient and close to home.

My one request would be to pay monthly bill in the store or have a kiosk like version wireless to submit instore.

4/3: I shopped at this store today. I had an exchange and Paula's customer service was exceptional. She was calm as I sorted the receipts for the return; while she kept her attention on me she smiled. Also her lead or manager was also very helpful. Exceptional service is not recognized as much today in our polarize society. Paula is an example that is refreshing.

I shopped at the Sedalia.MO store today and I found the experience to be quite positive, The store is always clean and well-organized. I support the store's hiring of developmentally - delayed people to clean the carts and greet people as they enter the store. I found what I needed and checkout was quick and my cashier, Macie, was efficient, friendly and helpful.

I love my TJ Maxx store! Always good service, selection of styles and great deals on cosmetics, jewelry, hair products and clothing.

Morgan helped me in the Petaluma Store. She had outstanding customer service skills. She was kind, helpful, and lots of energy for her job. This kind of service encourages me to drive from Napa to Petaluma for shopping. If I were to win this drawing, I'd like to share some of it with her! I was very impressed! The manager of the store told me that she had already had another compliment before helping me.

Excellent Store, Excellent People who work there! Friendly and helpful also. This is the cleanest TJ Maxx. I find everything I need for Holidays, Birthdays, and much more.

This feedback is to compliment a T.J. Maxx employee by the name of Ms. Cynthia John as well as her Supervisor. I visited T. J. Maxx located at 2900 South Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans, LA on Friday 11-27-20 and purchased jewelry crosses for my granddaughter and grandson. I paid for the items with a debit card and put the card back in a clip containing my drivers license and approximately 8 credit cards. I checked my receipt and the merchandize and left the store.

My fiancé and I drove across to the west bank to Roses Market. When I went to make a purchase, I realized my license and cards were missing and the inconvenience of having to cancel them.

Being an ordained minister, I began to pray by faith the entire way back to T.J. Max, even though I was told when I called that no one found my clip with the cards and license. When I arrived, I immediately went tot he jewelry department.

As I was about to cancel my cards while waiting, the jewelry supervisor was called and she approached me. I told her that I had made a purchase and came back in hope to find my cards and license. I was so excited to hear that she found them and she verified my name and information. Ms. John told me that she came over to check the area because there are times people forget things at the counter. So she found my clip with the cards and license and saved my cards at the front desk.

I was so appreciative for her honesty and integrity. She was a Godly Woman in her actions and conversation as well as her Supervisor.

It is such a blessing to know there are still honest employees and God fearing people in this world. Thanks again to Ms. Chery John, she saved me from experiencing a lot of heartache and inconvenience. I am so grateful to her and her supervisor for their honesty. I pray that both will be rewarded for their honesty and dedication for their job. Well done, good and faithful servants.

TJMax is a breath of fresh air when it comes to finding active women's apparel. Always has a wide variety of selections that include name brands at drastically reduced prices.

I love T.J.Maxx I have always had good customer service and the prices are very good. Never know what I might find!

I love shopping at TJMax, however the store in JONESBORO, AR did not have a variety of items that I was looking for.whidch was very disappointing to me, I shopped TJMax in Germanton, TN a week before and had a variety to pick from.

Check out was fast and efficient - my clerk was Greg at the Green Valley/Sahuarita store. 😃
I shop here all the time - their values on almost everything are wonderful. never know what I will purchase.
I do wish they had a greater assortment of women's clothing. The kitchen section always has good items to browse.

We were extremely happy with our visit to the TJ Maxx store at Chandler, AZ. The employees from the front door to the cashier were outstanding. However, the best of all was Taylor, the cashier that checked us out. She was professionally friendly, pleasantly smiling, and in every way concerned about our visit to the store. She was also efficient in the checkout and made sure that we signed up for a TJ Maxx credit card, so that we could receive maximum benefits of our visit to the store. Keep it up Taylor….. right on!

Love all the different options all the time and staff is very friendly. The store was very clean. I try to stop in often due to the new stuff always coming in.
